Defective units
If you received a defective unit, we will gladly take it back for a full refund so long that we are notified within 48 hrs of delivery.

● We will email you a prepaid shipping label
● Print it out and pack the item in the box including receipt
● Send it to us
● Once we receive it and verify that it is sealed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, please allow 3-5 days for processing.
